Alaska Aurora

The spring equinox brings a heightened chance of geomagnetic activity, producing spectacular auroral displays across the night sky. Clear, dark nights around Fairbanks, Alaska, framed by the state’s dramatic landscapes, create the perfect backdrop for these mesmerizing light shows. All I needed to do was show up, dress warmly, and point my camera at the sky.
